You are correct, love can be both wonderful and painful. The first thing I would suggest is to identify what love is within yourself? What does it look like through your eyes? Define it in detail. How should it make you feel? Is it unconditional? These are all questions only you can answer.

Love is defined differently by different people but what's important is how you see and define it. It's important to define it internally as well. Ask yourself, how do you feel about yourself and do you take time for YOU. When striving for love there are no easy answers.

Many times we search for love but as we dissect the hidden meaning of what we are truly missing, it may be something within ourselves that we desire but have yet to attain - a missing link. That same missing link could be attainable through a "friendship" vs a "relationship."

We can't always be with the ones we want, for whatever reason, but by communicating your thoughts and feelings to the other person it may lend itself to a different type of friendship and/or relationship that mutually, you can both agree upon.

This speeks volumes to how we as adults can plant a seed and not even know it, but at the same time if it is in our hearts to do well by nature our work will always be watched by those who seek to be like us. !!!!!!

I think this is a wonderful site.
I wish there were more like it. This gives me a since of ownership and understanding of my own personal issues.
It also helps me understand things that may seem complex but yet simple.
I look forward to more information and how to use this as a tool for my personal strides to cope.

The spiritual area in your life should always receive its recognition no matter what your belief system and you would want to record it accordingly as you reflect on your trials, tribulations and accomplishments throughout the year.
